Painted Wall View Trail

The Painted Wall View Trail is a short walk to a view point and has one of the best views of the Painted Wall (the tallest cliff in Colorado - from river to rim, the Painted Wall is 2,250 feet high), and the canyon in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. This is perfect for a quick stop to enjoy some gorgeous views. The trail is generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 5 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.
